C'est fini!
The colour in real life doesn't look exactly as it in these pictures. It's a sort of lilacy-brown. I really like it. It's very soft and warm. Very beach house. White furniture would look amazing in that room. With a few seashells on the windowsills.
Unfortunately, the lines along the edges did not end up being as perfect as I intended them to be. Then again, the last time I did anything like this was a few years back, under the watchful eye of my dad. Next time (the bathroom) will be better.
A quick THANK YOU to all those who have sponsored me so far for the run. It makes it so much easier to keep working towards getting fit for this event knowing there are so many people behind me! :)

That's gorgeous, very serene. I can almost hear the sea

ReplyDeleteThe paint job looks professional. Great work. And it's definitely a calming color.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should have done the bathroom first lol. But it looks really good...and i can just imagine the seashells going with that colour. Wish i could paint, but too messy for me!
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm glad you changed it. I was in love with the yellow at first, but this is much more calm and relaxing.
